Dr. Kohut received her doctorate in 1995 from North Carolina State University. She has worked throughout Pinellas County for companion animal hospitals, the Humane Society of Pinellas and the Animal Emergency Clinic of St. Petersburg since 1996.

Dr. Kohut has lived with and loved cats her entire life, which has lead her to focus on feline health exclusively. She has studied many holistic modalities, which she incorporates into her medical recommendations, striving for every cat’s optimal health and well being.

Dr. Kohut is certified in Acupoint Integration Technique (A.I.T.) and holds membership with the American Association of Feline Practitioners, The Cornell Feline Health Center, and the Pinellas County Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Kohut supports the Winn Feline Foundation and Friends of Strays.
